If you are leasing as a corporation, LLC, or partnership — submit one application under the legal business entity name. Do not submit individual applications for each owner or officer. If you are a sole proprietor or individual business owner — submit a standard commercial lease application under your personal name and include a personal guarantee.

All businesses must submit a Commercial Lease Application.  An Authorization to Release Information form is included in the application packet and must be completed for verification purposes. Personal Guarantee Form required for businesses with limited credit history or upon request.

For corporate or LLC leases you will need to provide your Articles of Incorporation or LLC Formation Documents, an EIN Verification Letter from the IRS, a Corporate Resolution or Operating Agreement naming the authorized signer, and proof of identity for all signers. Sole proprietors should provide equivalent documentation relevant to their business structure.

All applicants must provide the last 2–3 years of business tax returns or financial statements, and 3 most recent business bank statements. A business plan or executive summary may also be requested if applicable. These documents help us evaluate the financial stability of your business for the requested space.

Yes. Proof of liability insurance is required for all commercial tenants. If your business employs staff, workers' compensation insurance is also required where applicable. Proof of coverage must be submitted with your application or prior to lease execution.

Complete all required forms and ensure all supporting documents are attached before submitting. Digital copies are acceptable unless originals are specifically requested. After submission our team will acknowledge receipt of your application and conduct a full review of all documents provided. We may request additional information if needed. If your application advances we will schedule a meeting or property tour as applicable. Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required information and documentation is received.

Processing times vary depending on the completeness of your application and the complexity of your business documentation. Submitting a complete application with all required documents will help ensure the fastest possible review.
